Send us your house types and we will get to work heat mapping each one.
We will issue the formal coverage reports and guide you through the improvement recommendations.
We will re-map every two years to keep up with the latest tech in WiFi and design changes.

Once all house types are mapped and you have sent us the plot to postals, we will issue a WiFi Performance Certificate for each address, valid for 5 years.
The WiFi Performance Certificate proves to the customer the home's rating and network cabling locations.

First up, we need to create your individual house type reports.
Once this has been done, you must request a WiFi Performance Certificate (WPC) for each individual address in order to market the home as rated.
We will help you get to A if you're currently building to a lower standard.

Click below to send us the details of your new build house types. We will show you the various options available to network cable your homes for optimal coverage.
You won't be able to market homes as rated for WiFi until both this and the homes built have a WiFi Performance Certificate.
Request Certificate
Once you have completed your house type report, we just need postal addresses for the individual WPCs. We will then generate a WiFi Performance Certificate which will be included on a database customers can search.
You won't be able to market without an individual WPC as rated, even if the house type has been mapped.
